Beer Selections
Beers On Tap
Rotating Selection of Local Tap Beers. $7
Reuben’s Brews, Crushable
Hazy Pale Ale. Reuben's Crushable is an approachable, bright, and hazy pale ale that lives up to its name: easy drinking yet completely juicy with lush tropical fruit aromas. (12 oz Can) - $6
Orval, Trappist
Belgian Ale. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. (11.2oz Bottle) - $14
Avery, White Rascal
Belgian Style White Ale. A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or “white” ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. (12oz Can) - $5
The Bruery, Mischief
Belgian Strong Ale. Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. (16oz Can) - $10
Occidental Brewing
Bavarian Hefeweizen. Made with 70% wheat, lightly hopped with German Hallertauer, it's refreshing and slightly dry with the beguiling banana and clove notes that give away the provenance of the true weizen yeast used. This is a German-style wheat beer the way it should be - no lemon needed to make up for inadequacy. (16oz Can) - $8
Kulshan, Red Cap
Irish Style Red Ale. Hopped to represent our growing region, as it is one of the best in the world, but focused upon malt and balance. Red Cap is a versatile beer that pairs well with a variety of foods. The caramel flavors from crystal malt and the smooth, crisp finish make it a natural choice to pair with pizza. (12oz Can) - $6
Boundary Bay, Scotch Ale
Scotch Ale. The Boundary Bay Scotch Ale became a Northwest classic with the inaugural brew in 1995. The Long Boil in the Kettle Caramelizes the wort, producing deep-copper tones. Scotch Ale’s signature malt character is crafted for pure enjoyment. (12oz Can) - $5
Pike Brewing, Kilt Lifter
Scotch Ale. Smoked amber. Medium light body, malt forward. Aroma of caramelized malt with light toffee notes is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes, some toffee with some residual sugar notes. (12oz Can) - $5
Kulshan, Premium Lager
American Style, Premium Lager. Kulshan’s rendition of this classic is delicate, refreshing, and highly crushable. Brewed with U.S. Malted Barley, German Pilsner malt, and Yakima Valley Hops of the highest quality, this beer is neither overwhelming nor lacking in flavor; it is just right. (12oz Can) - $5
Ninkasi Beer, Northwest Lager
Lager. This is a crisp, smooth Northwest lager. At Ninkasi, we believe all beer should be delicious, no matter the style or occasion. That's why we set out to create an unbeatable value craft beer: Ninkasi Beer Northwest Lager. (16oz Can) - $5
Icicle Brewing, Premium Pilsner
Pilsner. 2023 World Beer Cup Bronze Award winner! Born from the crystal-clear waters of the Icicle River, this carefully crafted pilsner is perfect for any occasion. Crisp, clean and endlessly refreshing, Premium Pilsner is well-balanced with a light hop character. It’s subtle, yet refined, with lightly floral aromas, smooth mouthfeel, and satisfying finish. (12oz Can) - $6
Scuttlebutt Uccello Pilsner
Italian Pilsner. Uccello Pilsner is an Italian style pilsner brewed and dry hopped with modern takes on classic noble hops. It features earthy, herbal, floral and lemon like aromas/ flavors, with a delicate malt back ground. (12oz Can) - $6
Bale Breaker, Bottomcutter
Imperial IPA. Double dry-hopped with homegrown Yakima hops, Bottomcutter IIPA may be light in color but is packed with citrus and pine hop character. This Imperial IPA is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra, Simcoe, and Equinox hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley’s hops. (12oz Can) - $6
Black Raven, Samish Haze
Hazy IPA. Black Raven Brewing's latest creation in the world of hazy IPA, this one is only available locally. The Samish Haze cuts straight to the point - hoppy, hazy, goodness! (12oz Can) - $5
Stone Brewing, Tangerine Express
Hazy IPA. This ain’t no just-add-juice approach. This one is for adults. We use bountiful whole tangerine purée, which brings pithy, crisp bitterness to the citrus flavor. In addition to the complexities of the tangerine — the likes of which you can only get by using the whole fruit — we judiciously employ just a hint of whole pineapple for a backnote. (12oz Can) - $5
Bear Republic, Racer 5 IPA
West Coast IPA. This hoppy IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with malted barley, wheat, and crystal malts. The malt base is designed to highlight the unique floral qualities of Columbus and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest. Racer 5 is one of America’s most medal winning IPAs. Enjoy this iconic, award winning IPA that helped define the West Coast style. There’s a trophy in every glass. (12oz Bottle) - $6
Stone Brewing, IPA
West Coast IPA. By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it. (12oz Bottle) - $5
Bale Breaker, Dormancy
Breakfast Stout. Boasting notes of freshly-brewed espresso and rich chocolate, Dormancy Imperial Stout was conditioned on locally-roasted coffee beans from Yakima's Lincoln Avenue Coffee Co. As winter settles in to the Pacific Northwest and the hop fields surrounding our brewery lay dormant, this beer was crafted to remind us that good things can still happen in the off-season for hops. (12oz Can) - $5
Diamond Knot, Tropic Island Stout
American Stout. 2022 Washington Beer Awards Gold Medal winner! Chocolate-y aroma and surprisingly light body that transitions to sweet, dark roast flavors and an espresso-like finish. (12oz Can) - $6
Lindemans, Framboise
Raspberry Lambic. The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink color. (12oz Bottle) - $14
Reuben's Brews Grapefruit Fruitfizz
Hard Seltzer. Real fruit, real refreshing. Fruitfizz Hard Seltzers are brewed in Seattle by the award-winning craft brewers at Reuben's Brews exclusively with real brewers ingredients, including Belgian Candi Sugar as a base, and always with real fruit. Fruitfizz Grapefruit is brewed with grapefruit zest with a handful of whole fresh basil leaves, a culinary pairing that adds balance to the bright and pure grapefruit tartness. (12oz Can) - $6
Maui Lemonade Hard Seltzer
Hard Seltzer. Spiked sparkling lemonade with a hint of sweetness. Brewed with high quality cane sugar and natural flavors including lemon oil and lemon juice, Maui Hard Seltzer Lemonade at 5% ABV offers consumers a sessionable low calorie, low carb, low sugar, and gluten free beverage choice which is great on its own. (12oz Can) - $6
Locust, Honey Pear Hard Cider
Hard Cider. Washington apples & pears blended with real wildflower honey. Floral honey flavor in a sweet apple pear blend. Gluten free. (12oz Can) - $6
AleSmith, Non-Alcoholic IPA
Non-Alcoholic IPA. This non-alcoholic IPA is built upon the same foundation of quality and craftsmanship as the award-winning AleSmith IPA. This brew is highlighted by the fine balance achieved between bitterness and citrus bringing the IPA flavor profile, without the alcohol. (12oz Can) - $6
Outside wine corkage fee: $15 per bottle.
Bottles of wine are $10 off when you purchase them to-go.
Sparkling
LaLuca Prosecco
187ml (Single Glass Pour Bottle) - NV, Prosecco, Italy DOC. 100% Glera. "This Prosecco has a bright yellow color with a nose of orchard fruits. Creamy, off-dry style with flavors of apple and pear with subtle sweetness." $7
La Spinetta “Biancospino” Moscato d’Asti
375ml (Half Bottle) - 2022, Piedmont, Italy DOCG. 100% Moscato. "Delicate and fragrant like the flower from which it takes its name (elderflower), the Moscato Biancospino shows elegant hints of citrus and white flowers. The tasting confirms notes of mandarin, lime, and geranium flowers. With delicious minerality this is a wine that invites you to pour yourself a second glass to be enjoyed." $22
Local Reds
L'Ecole No. 41 Merlot
375ml (Half Bottle) - 2020, Estate Ferguson & Seven Hills Vineyards, Walla Walla Valley, WA. "This expressive Merlot reveals opulent aromatics of dark cherry and blackberry, fresh Mission figs, savory cedar, and coffee bean, completed with rose and a touch of sage. Its ripe rich texture is laced with delicate graphite notes, along with dark chocolate and plum, grounded with ample polished tannins. Altogether well-structured, it finishes fresh and focused." $20
Soos Creek "King Cab"
2021, Horse Heaven Hills, WA. "An awesome value, the outstanding Soos Creek ‘King Cab’ Cabernet Sauvignon exudes class with its sagebrush and mocha tones on the nose alongside heady dark fruits. The palate is soft and fresh with a smooth texture and good sense of weight and acidity." $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Hightower Cellars "Murray" Syrah
2019, Red Mountain, WA. "We made this Syrah in the French Côte-Rôtie style — meaning the Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier were co-fermented together, adding complexity. With the 2019 vintage, we blended 12% Grenache for the first time!" $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Kiona Estates Cuvée
2018, Columbia Valley, WA. "Estates Cuvée is a blend from all five of our estate vineyards. Each site contributes to the wine in a special way, resulting in a declassified estate-grown wine that is uniquely representative of Washington state. In a world of contrived red wine blends with obfuscated sourcing, Estates Cuvée stands apart as a breath of fresh air." $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Guardian “Chalk Line” Red Blend
2021, Columbia Valley, WA. 40% Cabernet, 29% Syrah, 26% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. "In its 16th vintage, Chalk Line has become a fan-favorite for all occasions. For 2021, Chalk Line features notes of sweet blackberry, black cherry, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is vibrant, balanced, and full of nicely structured tannins." $39
Alexandria Nicole “Jet Black” Syrah
2019, Horse Heaven Hills, WA. 98% Syrah, 2% Grenache. "On the nose, this wine comes alive with blueberry, ripe blackberry, and Bing cherry while the subtle oak influence reveals hints of baking spice, chocolate, and clove. The elegant flavors integrate seamlessly with hints of earthiness, black currant, raspberry, and plum. Notes of espresso and sweet cigar work with the plush tannins giving the mouthfeel a firm yet velvety structure." $41
DeLille Cellars Doyenne
2020, Columbia Valley, WA. 60% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. "The 2020 Doyenne, on release, is very reticent to show itself on the nose. As the wine opens up, toasted oak aromas bracket black cherry and blueberry, adding mocha to the mix. Although coaxing aromas out of the glass takes some commitment, the wine erupts on the palate, with layers of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit and structure offering reinforcement to lush Syrah." $43
Brian Carter “Byzance” Red Blend
2018, Columbia Valley, WA. 52% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre, 6% Counoise, 2% Cinsault. "The 2018 vintage had everything for Grenache and other Rhone varieties to express full ripeness and balance. The wine has a complex nose of ripe cherries, blackberries, tar, black pepper and the garigue spice that you get walking the fields of theRhone Valley. There is nice richness in your mouth as it finishes with pretty berry notes. Balance and a hint of tannin make this wine a great match for a wide range of foods." $45
Columbia Crest Walter Clore
2019, Columbia Valley, WA. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 12% Merlot. "This classic Bordeaux-style red wine opens with notes of dark plum, cedar, and pipe tobacco. Round notes of black cherry fill the palate as hints of dark chocolate surround the fruit core long into the finish." $50
Januik Cabernet Franc
2020, Weinbau Vineyard, Wahluke Slope, WA - 93% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot. "A dark, rich wine packed with elegant plum, blueberry, and licorice on the nose. Vibrant and focused on the palate, our 2020 Cabernet Franc displays a clear sense of balance. The long, polished finish was developed in part from aging in new French oak barrels." $50
Limited Addition "Field Blend" Cabernet Franc
2022, Willamette Valley, OR. "The 2022 Field Blend Cabernet Franc has slightly more than usual of our old vine cab franc block bringing in some serious black currant, tobacco leaf and volcanic clay soil refinement to the precocious raspberry leaf and herb driven flavors coming from the younger close-planted clones in the block planted on sedimentary soils." $50
Rex Hill Pinot Noir
2019, Willamette Valley, OR - 100% Pinot Noir. "An overtly complex and layered wine. Pretty, floral notes of lavender and violet join spicy aromas of black pepper, cedar, tobacco and Bergamot tea. Earthiness on the nose, and the accompanying fruit is on the darker spectrum: black cherry, currant, cassis and wild blueberry. On the palate, chewy tannins with a peppery spice element showing through. The finish is long, with lingering tannin and a juicy plum note." $50
DeLille Cellars “D2” Red Blend
2019, Columbia Valley, WA. 60% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. "The 2019 D2 aromas dance effortlessly between savory and dried fruit characteristics. Cranberries, roasted coffee beans, cassis and burnt orange are highlighted by deep, rich barrel tones of nutmeg, vanilla bean, dark chocolate and clove. As the wine develops in the glass, the fruit profile shifts between red and dark fruits, a trademark of D2 that we love. An inviting freshness and pronounced herbal quality on the palate leads to a structure that is refined despite the wine’s youth." $60
Betz “Bésoleil” Red Blend
2018, Columbia Valley, WA. 46% Grenache, 24% Counoise, 24% Mourvèdre, and 6% Syrah. "The 2018 Bésoleil shows what it’s made of from the moment it hits the glass. The aromas are intense and complex: strawberry preserves, orange zest, raspberry, tellicherry pepper, fresh rose petals, and herbs de Provence. The texture is silky and the palate expansive, adding layers of fresh spice and cedar. Freshness and delicacy are the names of the game here as it moves into a focused, lengthy, and saline finish that’s supported by a fine tannic structure. Delicious." $66
White & Rosé
Cesari Due Torri Pinot Grigio
2021, Venezie, Italy IGT. "An exquisite dry white, DueTorri Pinot Grigio is fragrant on the nose bursting with citrus fruit aromas. It is fresh on the palate with perfectly balanced acidity and minerality." $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Kiona Chardonnay
2022, Red Mountain, WA. 100% Chardonnay. "Although designated Columbia Valley on the label, our 2022 Chardonnay features 100% estate-grown Red Mountain fruit from the oldest planting in the AVA. Fat, barrel-fermented components layer together with crisp, fruit-forward stainless lots - landing somewhere between cool-climate, austere Chardonnay and warm-climate, ripe/round Chardonnay. It's a crowd-pleasing wine that's equally at home with a food pairing or by itself." $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Villa Des Anges Rosé
2022, France. 100% Cinsault. "Fruity, with hints of melon, peaches, strawberries and spring flowers. A simple wine and easy to drink, with fresh sharp notes of cherries and strawberries for a light, soft and simple touch on the palate. A juicy, lively but pure aftertaste with an agreeable and well-balanced acidity." $8 Glass / $25 Bottle
Limited Addition Arneis
2022, Willamette Valley/Chehalem Mountains, OR. 100% Arneis. "We have never seen a style of Arneis quite like this from Vietti but believe the soil in this part of the Chehalem Mountains AVA, technically the Laurelwood District loess soils, is more similar in profile to the sandy soils of Roero in Piedmont than those of Barolo, and as such the style is more aligned to the ripe and rich full-bodied wines of the sandy Roero slopes." $45
Italian Reds
Collegiata Montepulciano
2020, Abruzzo, Italy DOC. "Aromas of ripe red cherries abound on the nose, while nuances of almonds appear on the back end of the palate. It is soft and pleasant with a clean, generous finish, acquired from a brief aging period of 3 months in large Slavonian oak casks following vinification in stainless steel tanks." $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Poggio Anima “Belial” Sangiovese
2020, Tuscany, Italy IGT. 100% Sangiovese. "Dark ruby. Aromas of iris, rosemary & lavender, bright red cherries and mint explode from the glass. The youthful, easygoing palate offers juicy cherry, white pepper and clove hints alongside pliant tannins. This is a spot-on value that will drink well over the next couple of years." $8 Glass / $30 Bottle
Rocca di Montegrossi Chianti Classico
2019, Chianti Classico, Italy DOCG. 90% Sangiovese with 10% Canaiolo and Colorino. "Rocca di Montegrossi’s Chianti Classico is the estate’s flagship wine. In the glass it is lively ruby, with bright violet reflections, and on the nose displays the rich fruity aromas typical of the varietals, particularly forest berry fruit and sour cherries. On the palate it’s harmonious and well structured, with nice tannins and savory accents." $9 Glass / $34 Bottle
